Living in your own body…

Children can build flexibility and strength and in turn increase the level of comfort they have living in their own bodies.

“Your body is the only home you’ll ever truly live in.” I’m not certain of the origin of this quote but I thank the author for this insightful message.

With the increase of screen time, children need additional time moving in space - not only for their development (both physically and mentally) but for many other reasons. One great reason from a child's perspective is that it happens to be fun!

How often do we encounter a shy or inward child and it gets us thinking . . . ? It is heartwarming to watch children blossom as a result of engaging in mindful movement practices. My personal favorite as an instructor is when a child approaches me with a big smile and says, "Mrs. T., look what I can do!"

You can learn how to help guide children on this path toward increased confidence through movement. Our training leaves you with the tools to confidently implement this work with the children in your care.
